📋 Description

• Architect and guide development of the company’s international software products, primarily Nexus CRM and Lyvve • Lead the international development team supporting Nexus CRM, Lyvve, and related products • Assign work, set technical standards, conduct design and code reviews, and provide performance input • Provide day-to-day technical and project direction to software developers • Translate business requirements into system designs, technical specifications, and product roadmaps • Define application architecture, data models, APIs, and integration patterns across products and third-party systems • Evaluate and design for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability • Lead hands-on implementation, including design reviews, technical mentoring, and direct contribution to code • Design and implement AI-enabled application features and workflow automation • Collaborate with business stakeholders across eXp’s international markets to align technical delivery with business priorities and timelines • Apply software engineering, database design, systems analysis, and information technology principles to solve complex business problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience delivering software, data, or automation solutions • At least three (3) years leading technical teams or owning technology delivery • Experience translating business needs into system designs and product roadmaps • Experience developing solutions using Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience working with modern web frameworks, relational databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations • Experience implementing AI-enabled applications or workflow automation • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and guiding technical delivery across functions
