📋 Description

• Own product design from problem framing through research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration • Design interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, helping users understand, guide, trust, and control autonomous software • Simplify complex workflows involving configuration, integrations, multi-step workflows, system states, and permissions • Shape buyer-facing experiences and tools used to configure, deploy, understand, and manage Superhumans • Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and solutions • Prototype using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and code-based tools • Conduct customer conversations and usability sessions • Translate systems-level thinking into detailed interaction and visual design • Participate in implementation and design QA • Evolve the design system and reusable interaction patterns • Use product data, customer feedback, and observed behavior to evaluate shipped experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Experience with complex B2B SaaS or similarly sophisticated digital products • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft • Experience simplifying complex workflows, configuration-heavy products, admin experiences, workflow builders, data-rich interfaces, or products with meaningful depth and state • Strong product judgment • Ability to move from ambiguous problems to concrete interaction models • Experience running usability research and talking directly with customers • Strong systems thinking • Bias toward prototyping and making ideas tangible early • Strong attention to detail • Ability to partner deeply with engineers and understand technical constraints • Preferred: experience designing AI-native or agentic products • Preferred: prior early-stage or high-growth startup experience • Preferred: experience with complex enterprise software, workflow tools, integrations, or configurable platforms • Preferred: fluency with v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools • Preferred: experience contributing to a design system • Preferred: exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology • Must answer whether work sponsorship will be required to work full-time in the U.S.
