📋 Description

• Support regional business growth by partnering with Business Development and Operations teams to design, develop, and implement customer-focused supply chain solutions • Analyze customer supply chains, transportation networks, and operational processes to identify optimization, efficiency, and service-enhancement opportunities • Lead implementation and configuration of Infor Nexus solutions, including EDI integrations, customer onboarding, and system enhancements • Provide subject matter expertise and conduct customer demonstrations • Deliver training and develop operational documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and user guides • Monitor operational performance and compliance, proactively resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives • Support RFQs, proposals, and solution development activities with Business Development, Global Solution Design, and cross-functional stakeholders • Serve as regional point of contact for Infor Nexus and Air & Ocean Solutions inquiries, providing ongoing operational and customer support • Manage Air & Ocean Solutions pipeline and lead solution design activities • Support the customer lifecycle through solution development, presentations, implementation management, onboarding, training, operational support, and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, solution design, or a related field • Demonstrated success leading cost-reduction initiatives and driving operational efficiency improvements • Experience with supply chain management systems, Infor Nexus, business analytics, and process improvement methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Visio, and other business systems and technologies • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment • Regional travel required
