📋 Description

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and customer, provider, and client needs • Conduct market and user research to understand audiences and apply insights to strategy and content delivery • Develop and maintain high-quality content aligned with audience needs and brand standards • Supervise content strategy and creation across integrated touchpoints and customer journey stages • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, customer service, Product Design, User Research, Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams • Monitor and analyze content performance using data and analytics • Evolve workflows and capabilities through AI and contribute to experience transformation • Provide thought leadership and counsel on content strategy to internal stakeholders and external partners • Build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships • Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows, and content templates • Share work and provide feedback to teammates

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content design or related fields • 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports • Knowledge of journey design across digital and non-digital touchpoints • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience working with product teams • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative content strategies • Experience with content management systems and structured content • Strong understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Passion for content creation and storytelling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with AI tooling and willingness to support workflow and experience transformation with innovative applications of AI and expanded use • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home
