📋 Description

• Own Discover’s design end-to-end by identifying opportunities, framing problems, setting design direction, and shipping work • Connect product-system insights across Circle’s platform to inform design decisions • Design AI-driven discovery interfaces, curation experiences, and trust signals • Design for both creators and consumers in the two-sided marketplace • Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools • Work closely with engineers from concept through launch • Mentor and develop designers while raising the craft standard on Discover

🎯 Requirements

• Strong alignment with Circle’s values • English proficiency at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, and reading) • Marketplace or two-sided platform experience; hard requirement • 5+ years of product design experience, including shipped 0→1 work, complex multi-user flows, and evidence of driving product direction • Experience as the most senior designer on a product area • Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping • Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable for realistic prototypes • Proficiency in Figma • Proactive communication • Comfort designing in ambiguity
