📋 Description

• Develop, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features • Build features supporting multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and admin console experiences • Contribute to transitioning the monolithic application toward a microservice architecture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle for smooth releases • Coordinate with partner teams in authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers • Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems in a scalable, realistic way • Contribute to design and architecture documents • Mentor junior and new team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and pair programming • Identify major tasks, break down work, estimate, and plan projects • Write comprehensive tests throughout the development cycle • Review code to maintain quality and share knowledge • Generate and review documentation on code and development processes • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and development best practices • Participate in on-call rotational work to provide uninterrupted support and resolve emergencies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development • Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python • Experience with software development best practices and coding standards • Ability to solve moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions • Experience communicating and collaborating across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners • Passion for testing methodologies and debugging techniques • Comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams • Bonus: Experience with DevOps practices while contributing to application development • Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration • Bonus: Experience with microservices or distributed systems • Bonus: Experience building frontends with TypeScript and React • Bonus: Exposure to security, enterprise, or admin-focused products • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship provided • Successful applicants must complete a background check
