📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle Yardi implementation and optimization workstreams from discovery through hypercare • Own platform onboardings from RealPage/OneSite, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI, ResMan, Rent Manager, and other systems • Lead Yardi-to-Yardi conversions and database consolidations • Document current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state workflows • Translate business requirements into Yardi configuration, reporting, data, integration, and technical specifications • Configure, support, and advise on the residential Yardi stack • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SIPP interfaces and other data feeds • Deliver affordable housing programs alongside conventional operations • Design scalable core setup for accounting, property, leasing, renewal, deposit, and affordable certification workflows • Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities • Design and support UAT plans, test scripts, defect resolution, client readiness, training, and adoption • Partner with Support during and after implementations and serve as an escalation resource • Facilitate client workshops with operations, accounting, asset management, IT, and executive stakeholders • Recommend practical solutions, surface risks, and help stakeholders make informed decisions • Manage multiple client priorities and competing deadlines • Identify opportunities to expand client value through advisory, implementation, reporting, data, and support services • Provide help desk support as needed • Mentor junior and mid-level consultants • Contribute to implementation methodology, templates, conversion tooling, and best practices • Partner with internal teams, Yardi, vendors, and client resources

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Yardi residential environments, including Voyager 8 and RentCafe • North American multifamily operating or accounting experience strongly preferred • Experience onboarding or migrating from at least one non-Yardi platform, including source-data extraction, mapping, and reconciliation • Experience with Yardi-to-Yardi conversions, database consolidations, or multi-entity Voyager environments • Experience across conventional/market-rate and affordable portfolios • Understanding of US and Canadian regulatory requirements and their configuration impact • Working knowledge of North American multifamily property accounting • Excellent client-facing communication skills • Ability to operate with minimal oversight in a remote, distributed team • Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing less experienced consultants or analysts • Experience leading or playing a senior role in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or complex module rollouts • Strong discovery and requirements-gathering skills • Strong project management instincts • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Ability to travel occasionally for client workshops, training, and go-lives, up to 25% • Preferred: SQL Server proficiency, including queries, ETL, and data validation • Preferred: YSR, SSRS, Yardi Report Designer, Excel, or Python • Preferred: experience with residential integrations • Preferred: consulting, professional services, or client-facing advisory experience • Preferred: experience as a Yardi product owner, business systems leader, implementation lead, or business relationship manager • Preferred: experience working with external consultants, Yardi teams, internal IT, accounting, asset management, and operations stakeholders • Preferred: global or distributed delivery model experience • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem-solving and customer-service focused • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic small team
