📋 Description

• Oversee practice area financial performance, including utilization, margin, and investments • Provide key project client-success oversight through team leadership and executive sponsorship • Coach delivery teams and share written feedback with managers • Partner with People Excellence to manage team capacity and capability • Ensure learning guidelines and resources support practice-area capabilities • Review and approve DRR and SRR materials with principal architects • Optimize project staffing to ensure the best client experience • Drive technical excellence, architecture reviews, and project support • Resolve technical escalations rapidly and integrate lessons learned into delivery approaches and employee feedback • Create special client experiences through briefings and expert sessions • Partner with Solution Architecture to create Service Delivery Frameworks • Manage practice technology strategy, client journey, and delivery patterns • Evangelize client success and celebrate client influence • Support IP roadmap, capture, Solution Engineering integration, and toolkit priorities • Lead quarterly team briefings on technology roadmaps, lessons learned, delivery patterns, and thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience within a consultancy • Expertise in modern data engineering, preferably Azure, including data warehousing, data lakes, and lake house architecture • Broad experience across data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data analysis, data visualization, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, regulatory compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks • Deep knowledge of industry best practices • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences • Demonstrated ability to manage business stakeholder relationships • Experience managing data practitioners, including defining team processes, responsibilities, and expectations • High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule • At this time, 3Cloud cannot sponsor applicants for work visas
