📋 Description

• Meet or exceed designated sales quota in the defined sales territory • Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs • Develop end-user customers and application processes to drive growth of Industrial Adhesives & Tapes portfolios • Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers, and leadership • Collaborate with the End-User Key Accounts Team to drive growth through key end-user customers • Manage the opportunity pipeline consistently and effectively • Conduct strategic planning for new opportunities • Conduct regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region • Drive a company vehicle • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and contribute to continuous EHS improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to start • One (1) year of exceptional sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment • Current, valid driver’s license • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling • Understanding of manufacturing processes • Experience developing and managing key accounts • Product demonstration experience and competence • Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically • Must drive a company vehicle and undergo pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review if offered and hired
