📋 Description

• Lead kickoff, implementation and the first 90 days of training and adoption • Be a trusted, proactive contact for assigned clients • Connect services and results to each client's goals • Coordinate solutions and follow through on issues • Recommend relevant upsells and expansions that fit each client's needs • Keep commitments, account activity and project details organized • Help clients start strong, see value and grow with Respage • Help clients use their services, solve problems and identify opportunities to expand across their properties

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, implementation or similar client-facing work • Clear communication, strong organization and dependable follow-through • Comfort learning software, solving problems and managing multiple accounts • A consultative approach to growth: listen first and recommend what fits • Comfort using AI daily to work smarter while checking its accuracy • Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio or Florida • Multifamily or digital-marketing experience is helpful • Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, Teamwork Projects, Teamwork Desk, ChatGPT, Respage Dashboard and Zoho
