📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers of finished goods to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery • Develop RealTruck’s Finished Product procurement and sourcing strategy • Deploy best-in-class procurement and sourcing processes, procedures, and governance • Select and manage vendors and build internal procurement capabilities • Lead global procurement and sourcing activities across RealTruck distribution sites • Drive finished-goods revenue growth and EBITDA improvements, with a strong focus on the Amazon channel • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, product development, industrial engineering, quality assurance, sales, logistics, operations, finance, and engineering teams • Formulate global Finished Goods sourcing strategies and drive tactical execution across Finished Goods spend • Support Lean Manufacturing best practices among key suppliers • Encourage supplier collaboration for innovation, margin improvement, and cost reduction • Support new product development, value engineering, design-to-value initiatives, competitive analyses, and product design platforming • Resolve supply challenges and support production and planning by ensuring material access and delivery • Conduct make-versus-buy evaluations and drive outsourcing/insourcing initiatives • Track commodity, raw-material, and commodity markets to inform procurement strategies • Benchmark supply costs across markets • Lead should-cost modeling and fact-based negotiation efforts • Evaluate acquisition opportunities and deliver synergy savings commitments • Develop supply strategies that hedge external sources of variation • Coordinate with logistics to manage vendors and SLAs • Drive supplier selection and qualification • Manage vendor relationships, supplier development, supplier productivity, negotiations, vendor scorecards, and supply-chain risk • Build the procurement team and define centralized and decentralized procurement roles across RealTruck brands • Plan, organize, evaluate, and direct department employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred • 15+ years of strategic sourcing experience • Experience with spend cube and spend management • Experience with supplier selection, supplier development, and supplier management • Experience with contract negotiations through traditional and e-auction/reverse auction methods • Experience across both direct and indirect spend • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 10–20% • Ability to work in a professional office environment using standard office equipment • Willingness and ability to lead a global team and manage direct reports
