📋 Description

• Define, deliver, and support enterprise security tools and architecture in collaboration with IT Engineering • Participate in diverse Information Security projects and support ongoing department operations • Mentor junior team members • Manage Venafi/CyberArk Trust Protection Platform and connectors to other tools and platforms • Define security requirements for new applications and projects • Participate in and provide SME guidance for the Encryption Management Program • Serve as a data security engineer and consultant on projects • Research security threats and remediation techniques, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation • Develop and maintain information security standards, procedures, and guidelines • Assist with risk assessments of controls and proposed business-process, application, and system changes • Provide technical support to regulatory agencies and internal and external auditors • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging IT security technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in encryption, cryptography, and certificate management • Hands-on experience with Venafi/CyberArk • Working knowledge of AWS and cloud security • Familiarity with DigiCert, Sectigo, and various certificate types • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members • Strong communication skills across peers, leaders, junior members, and cross-functional teams • IT security experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience • Eight or more years of IT work experience relevant to the position • Industry-standard certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP, and EWS preferred • Ability to communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing to management, business and IT sponsors, and technical resources • Experience supporting Unix/Linux and Windows systems • Understanding of distributed computing principles • Working knowledge of application and data security concepts, best practices, and common vulnerabilities • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot accessibility issues
