📋 Description

• Drive Bancorp sales for commercial payments products and increase product sales and revenue growth year over year • Support new client acquisition, including complex client and prospect calls • Perform business forecasting and modeling • Monitor client success metrics including adoption, satisfaction, retention and revenue growth • Collaborate with Pricing and Finance on product packaging and monetization strategies • Serve as subject matter expert for products within the product group • Develop product messaging, positioning, value articulation, sales materials and playbooks • Analyze market trends, client needs and competitive dynamics to guide strategy • Translate insights into recommendations influencing product development and go-to-market strategy • Develop commercialization strategies to meet revenue and market share goals • Identify and prioritize product development opportunities • Introduce products to market and perform market forecasting • Develop client success frameworks to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention • Escalate and resolve high-priority or complex client issues across teams • Attend user and vendor conferences, sales forums and roundtable discussions • Monitor product performance against quality factors and follow up on quality service issues • Liaise among Product, Sales, Go-to-Market, Operations and external partners • Identify product-line risks and contribute to processes and quality-control standards

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance required • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 7–10 years’ experience in Product Development, Sales or Operations • 7–10 years’ experience in Product Management, emphasizing sales, product delivery to market and profitability management • Experience working in matrix management and multi-site environments • Collaboration and relationship management skills • Knowledge or experience with designated products • Understanding of current industry trends and issues related to the designated product line • Priority management and time management skills • Extensive ability to influence and negotiate with individuals outside span of control • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills • Strong analytical, financial and strategic skills • Ability to manage product financials, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis and pricing strategy • Ability to identify and manage product-related risk
