📋 Description

• Own assigned portions of the onboarding workflow • Process employee benefits transactions in Workday • Support annual open enrollment activities • Coordinate routine accommodation process steps • Maintain accurate employee records and files • Fulfill simple reporting requests • Support routine policy and process interpretation • Support EOR employee lifecycle transactions • Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions • Manage assigned employee inquiries and service requests through Freshservice • Maintain and improve process documentation, job aids, and knowledge base content • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work • Analyze employee inquiry trends and recommend improvements • Support People Ops projects and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, PHR or SHRM Certified preferred • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, leaves, or accommodations • Familiarity with HRIS and People systems (Workday, Freshservice) • Strong process thinking ability • Experience maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, process guides, or operational procedures • Comfortable leveraging AI tools, knowledge management systems, and self-service resources to improve support delivery and productivity • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail • A customer service mindset • Working knowledge of HR compliance concepts, employment practices, benefits administration, leave processes, and employee lifecycle operations • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
