📋 Description

• Directly oversee 12–14 store locations • Staff, train, and supervise Store Leaders • Implement merchandising programs • Control cash and inventory • Motivate employees and build teams • Promote excellent customer service • Manage profit and loss, including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses • Set performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management • Complete the Area Leader training program, typically lasting 12 months • Relocate upon completion of training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees • Ability to relocate upon completion of training • Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence • Maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment • Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds • Previous multi-unit management experience preferred
