📋 Description

• Partner with project teams to strengthen quality processes, improve operational consistency, and drive continuous improvement • Support the Corporate Quality Director in developing, implementing, and improving company quality processes and standards • Review project work plans, inspection checklists, commissioning documentation, and other quality documents • Interpret contract requirements, project specifications, drawings, corporate standards, and applicable codes for project teams • Provide technical guidance and quality support throughout project execution • Assist with owner, internal, third-party, and project closeout audits • Conduct field audits and observations to evaluate compliance and process effectiveness • Identify process gaps, recurring issues, quality trends, and corrective and preventive actions • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence • Review construction methodologies, installation practices, and quality processes for improvement opportunities • Develop and improve corporate quality standards, processes, procedures, and supporting documentation • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements in quality, efficiency, and consistency • Support lessons learned, root cause analysis, and best-practice implementation • Develop and monitor quality performance metrics and KPIs • Develop and deliver quality training for project teams, field personnel, and management • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, Procurement, Safety, and Project Management • Participate in constructability reviews, lessons learned meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives • Travel to project sites, customer locations, corporate offices, and business meetings as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction, engineering, quality management, or a related industry • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, applicable codes, and industry standards • Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Outlook, and other business software • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities • Ability to travel nationally as required • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to safely navigate active construction sites, including uneven terrain, ladders, stairs, varying weather conditions, and required PPE • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and reviewing technical documentation • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds • Must be able to travel by automobile and commercial airline • Preferred: experience in utility-scale renewable energy, electrical construction, industrial construction, power generation, or large-scale infrastructure projects • Preferred: experience conducting quality audits, investigations, and root cause analysis • Preferred: experience improving business processes, quality systems, procedures, or operational workflows • Preferred: experience reviewing work plans, inspection plans, commissioning documentation, and construction quality documentation • Preferred: experience with construction management software • Preferred: professional certifications such as CQE, CQM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, NICET, NETA, or other relevant industry credentials
