📋 Description

• Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion • Review project updates and progress reports and monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs • Communicate with senior leaders, Operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies • Direct contractors and vendors to complete projects according to contract requirements • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws with the Environmental consultant • Create project plans, schedules, responsibility matrices, risk management plans, communication management plans, and stakeholder registers • Facilitate site surveys and due diligence and prepare scopes of work • Manage estimates, budgets, change orders, invoices, and project closeout • Lead design reviews and approvals • Lead permitting and assist negotiations with regulatory bodies and AHJs • Direct bid management and recommend contractor selections • Provide field oversight from preconstruction through final inspections and occupancy • Develop equipment take-offs and orders • Report project completion, turnover dates, actual costs, and cost forecasts • Address vendor underperformance and project deficiencies • Cultivate a safety culture • Hand over completed projects after commissioning

🎯 Requirements

• Construction and project management experience • Bachelor’s Degree, alternatively High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4+ years of US military experience • Operational experience in c-store, fueling, or quick service restaurant • Understanding of accessibility and life safety laws and how they apply • Expertise in installing and maintaining retail (UST) fueling systems • Working knowledge of refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Additional certifications or education applicable to this role • Ability to travel regionally up to 50%, with potential travel to North America locations • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to drive a vehicle • Complete annual safety certification • Complete required company trainings within assigned timelines
