• Build and enhance technology solutions to meet complex business needs • Lead the evaluation of new technology • Develop product roadmaps • Provide technical and strategic direction • Foster the development of a high-performing team • Deliver business value, breakthrough innovation, transformative results, and exceptional operational practices • Recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field • 3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience • 10 years minimum required experience • Experience architecting enterprise applications and databases that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, high availability, containers, and server-less technologies • Demonstrated experience in Cloud Native Design Patterns, Microservices and API Strategy • Experience in Java and web application development in a high-stakes environment • Strong working knowledge of software development technologies, specifically high volume solutions • Experience with Smart / FHIR implementations • Experience developing fault tolerant distributed systems is highly desirable • Working knowledge of Agile Software Development mechanics • Background in Service Oriented Architecture, microservices architecture implementation, service versioning, and backward compatibility • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management • Must be based in Florida, USA
