📋 Description

• Support the Director of Growth & Development in executing strategic growth, capture, and business development initiatives • Identify, research, and track federal opportunities aligned with company growth objectives • Gather and organize customer, competitor, and market intelligence • Develop and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and prospective teammates • Identify and evaluate strategic teaming and subcontracting opportunities • Participate in customer engagements, industry days, conferences, and networking events • Maintain opportunity pipeline information and business development tracking systems • Coordinate internal information and document flow for capture and business development efforts • Assist with opportunity assessments, pursuit planning, and bid/no-bid activities • Coordinate proposal schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and review activities • Prepare, format, and organize proposal content, resumes, past performance information, and supporting documentation • Support proposal reviews and track action items through completion • Support production and submission of final proposals for solicitation compliance • Maintain proposal repositories, templates, lessons learned, and business development resources • Support reporting, tracking, and other growth-related initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work • Proactive, self-motivated, and relationship-oriented with a problem-solving mindset • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities • Interest in business development, capture management, proposal development, and federal contracting • Preferred military experience within the U.S. Army, SOF, NSW, Intelligence Community, or related operational organizations • Preferred existing relationships within the DoD, Army, SOCOM, NSW, Intelligence Community, or defense industry • Preferred experience supporting capture management, business development, recruiting, growth initiatives, or proposal efforts • Preferred familiarity with federal acquisition processes and government contracting environments • Preferred experience identifying, qualifying, or tracking federal business opportunities • Preferred experience developing or supporting teaming relationships and industry partnerships • Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CRM systems, GovWin, or similar opportunity-tracking tools • Preferred active Secret or Top Secret security clearance • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
