📋 Description

• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract award • Collaborate with executive leadership, business development personnel, operations managers, and technical staff to develop winning strategies • Manage proposal personnel, proposal systems, and knowledge management resources • Direct proposal efforts for federal, state, municipal, commercial, and private-sector opportunities • Ensure proposal schedules, milestones, and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards • Track proposal costs and return on investment (ROI) for major pursuits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of proposal management, business development, marketing, or related experience • Experience managing complex federal, state, municipal, and commercial proposals • Strong leadership and project management skills • Advanced understanding of federal acquisition and procurement processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and proposal management systems
