📋 Description

• Own the full proposal lifecycle across government and commercial opportunities • Lead RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs from intake through submission • Build an AI-first content engine using Claude, including Claude Cowork, and other AI tooling • Build a structured, retrievable content repository • Draft, compare, and pressure-test proposal sections against requirements • Orchestrate clinical, product, audit operations, legal, finance, security, and other subject matter experts • Synthesize input and close feedback loops • Develop persuasive proposal narratives and executive summaries • Manage, simplify, and automate review cycles • Hold deadlines and coordinate pricing and legal sign-off • Navigate procurement portals and own submissions • Maintain the AI/Claude content library after submission • Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and information security

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of proposal writing experience, including government healthcare RFPs • Ideally a good working knowledge of how state Medicaid procurements, RAC programs, FFS vs. MCO structures, and encounter auditing work • Direct experience with payment integrity, claims audit, or healthcare cost containment • Experience contributing to commercial health plan RFPs in addition to government work • Familiarity with proposal management tools and content library platforms • Strong written communication, including translating technical and clinical content into persuasive narrative and writing executive summaries • Storytelling ability and instinct for what makes or breaks a win • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools meaningfully in day-to-day work • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel at least quarterly for team offsites
