📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS. • Lead platform engineering initiatives that improve developer productivity, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency. • Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and help establish reusable patterns and engineering standards. • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and self-service platform capabilities. • Improve observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response practices. • Partner with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and resilience. • Collaborate with Security teams to strengthen cloud security, infrastructure hardening, access management, and compliance initiatives. • Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-powered engineering tools. • Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and infrastructure design decisions across teams. • Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of DevOps, Platform Engineering, and SRE practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplines. • Deep hands-on experience designing, operating, and securing AWS environments. • Strong expertise with Terraform; experience with Terramate or similar infrastructure orchestration tools is a plus. • Experience managing containerized workloads using ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, or similar platforms. • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or similar tools. • Experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, CloudWatch, or OpenTelemetry. • Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, identity management, and distributed systems. • Experience with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams. • Proven ability to lead infrastructure initiatives and mentor engineers.
