📋 Description

• Convert door packages into Install Jobs within one business day, with immediate conversion for same-day or next-day jobs • Review jobs for completeness and accuracy, including PO location, material list, billable hours, and scheduling details • Verify orders align with correct install types, job classes, and technician assignments • Create and manage purchase orders in ServiceTitan for doors, openers, and accessories • Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and substitutions • Track door orders through fulfillment and delivery • Escalate shortages, delays, and material issues to the Manager of Purchasing & Door Fulfillment • Process warranty and recall requests within one business day • Manage cancellations by canceling POs, updating Install Jobs, and notifying the Torch Team for potential save attempts • Collaborate with scheduling teams to anticipate material needs and prevent installation delays • Partner with Procurement and Purchasing teams to maintain accuracy and order flow • Monitor fulfillment KPIs, including turnaround time, accuracy rate, and on-time installation readiness • Identify and communicate process inefficiencies or recurring issues to leadership • Support best-practice implementation and SOP updates to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in purchasing, order fulfillment, install coordination, or related supply chain roles • Trade or construction industry experience preferred • Strong understanding of garage door components, configurations, and related hardware highly preferred • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems; ServiceTitan preferred • Excel and data management competency • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and vendor coordination • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to meet same-day or next-day turnaround expectations • Must reside in one of the listed states for payroll purposes: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, or Wisconsin • Must meet U.S. work-authorization requirements; application asks whether sponsorship is required to work in the United States
