📋 Description

• Generate outbound retention calls and mailings to grow Club membership totals • Place outbound retention calls to potential and lapsed members • Work from files and member lists from throughout the company, including other regions • Research member contact information • Generate physical and electronic mailings when necessary • Receive incoming calls from prospective and current Club members • Explain AAA membership benefits and sell Primary and Associate memberships, upgrades, and additional products and services • Obtain accurate member and credit card information to close sales • Answer phone inquiries and process member change requests • Escalate issues as necessary • Troubleshoot and provide problem resolution • Deliver Five Diamond Service standards on every telephone call or conversation • Provide support for Branch Offices and other Club departments • Answer questions and provide details and clarification about membership policies, procedures and programs • Work with Club trainers when introducing new procedures and policies • Assist with employee training and mentoring as determined by the department Manager • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Required • 1-3 years of customer service experience Required • 1-3 years of sales and/or telemarketing experience Required • Customer service training and superior communication skills • Effective use of MemberzPlus, Touch Points, D-3, Navigator, Outlook, Excel and Word • Ability to accurately gather member and credit card information using a computerized system • Understanding and effective application of Club guidelines, including Value Statement, Club Culture and Code of Conduct
