📋 Description

• Provide expert financial advice, guidance, and counsel supporting business objectives and decisions • Research, evaluate, and interpret financial data using advanced and emerging financial techniques and tools • Provide consulting services to internal customers through projects and corporate initiatives • Act as primary liaison with assigned business project teams and business partners • Ensure successful achievement of project objectives and goals • Develop, design, test, and document system changes or upgrades • Coordinate with departments for services provided by external organizations, including benchmarking, exams, and audits • Lead, facilitate, and monitor the financial segment of large, complex projects and department initiatives • Research and communicate financial implications of reorganizations, benchmark comparisons, reporting entity changes, and mergers/acquisitions • Analyze complex financial data and develop sound conclusions • Develop and implement financial analytical and reporting systems • Prepare and present written and oral reports • Develop automated forecasts and budgets • Design and implement complex corporate and finance projects • Prepare cost justifications, proposals, risk assessments, business plans, and cost-benefit analyses • Analyze statistical and financial data against peers, industry benchmarks, corporate targets, and historical performance • Analyze product profitability, pricing, and other complex mathematical data • Develop and implement business simulations and models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics • Experience equivalent to a senior position within Finance/Accounting or related fields • Experience developing complex financial models using macros and advanced spreadsheet applications such as Excel • Experience using software applications and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office • Experience providing oversight to less senior employees in the quality of work product • Experience analyzing technical issues and complex financial data • Experience designing and implementing medium to large projects • Problem identification and resolution techniques • Experience developing automated forecasts and budgets • Experience designing and implementing complex corporate/finance projects • Experience preparing cost justifications, proposals, and risk assessments • Experience preparing business plans, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses for long-range strategic plans/initiatives • Experience analyzing statistical and financial data compared with peers, industry, corporate targets, and history • Experience analyzing product profitability, pricing, and complex mathematical data • Experience developing and implementing business simulations/models • Ability to analyze complex financial data • Ability to develop and implement financial analytical and reporting systems • Ability to communicate effectively in a work environment • Ability to prepare and present written and oral reports • Strong organizational, planning, time-management, and administrative skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to employees at all levels, including senior executives • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Consulting • Experience developing CBAs, business cases, and investment recommendations • Strong financial modeling skills, including IRR, NPV, ROI, and payback analysis • Experience with capital budgeting, forecasting, and project financial oversight • Ability to identify and validate efficiency improvements, productivity gains, and FTE savings • Experience conducting post-implementation reviews and benefits realization assessments • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Adaptive Planning, or similar financial-planning tools • Experience with capital governance, investment committees, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred • Ability to perform the essential duties and functions of the position • Successful completion of required background and drug screening after an offer of employment
