📋 Description

• Lead high-impact Claims process improvement initiatives and transform Claims operations • Collaborate with Claims leaders to develop change management and implementation strategies for large-scale projects and initiatives • Conduct needs analysis assessments • Gather and document business requirements • Identify gaps and operational functions requiring improvement • Design and document process enhancements and recommended workflows • Execute projects in adherence to corporate and regulatory guidelines • Analyze data to determine root causes of operational inefficiencies • Participate in cross-functional teams conducting cost-benefit analyses and assessing budget implications • Identify, analyze, and recommend innovative approaches to resolve complex problems • Forecast and communicate project outcomes to Claims leadership • Document and maintain process flows and procedures • Measure and track achievement of project objectives and timelines • Work with technology and functional teams to implement Claims systems or solutions • Lead business readiness and organizational change management activities for system upgrades, changes, and new technology or functional solutions • Participate in developing training related to process improvement solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • Valid driver's license required if primary responsibilities involve in-person inspections or frequent in-person meetings with members • Minimum of 4 years of claim handling experience • Experience in process improvement activities, including evaluating, analyzing, recommending, documenting, and implementing improvements in processes and procedures • Experience organizing, controlling, monitoring, and reporting projects, including providing work direction and guidance to vendors or Claims teams • Experience analyzing information flow and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of systems, solutions, and business strategies • Experience conducting cost/benefit analysis • Experience planning, organizing, and training others on new applications, processes, or vended solutions • Experience implementing and evaluating performance interventions • Experience analyzing and documenting workflows • Project management experience, including planning and oversight • Experience preparing and presenting information to management • Strategic thinking and ability to address complex issues • Ability to lead multifunctional project teams, including employees at various levels and management • Effective verbal and written communication • Ability to analyze potential new products and vendors • Ability to develop change management plans and lead business readiness activities • Ability to research, analyze, and present industry benchmarks and make recommendations • Ability to analyze and define resource and skill requirements for projects • Participation in or leadership of process improvement initiatives • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Ability to effectively work on concurrent projects • Ability to set priorities, multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing demands • Ability to adapt to and effectively lead change • Preferred: Project Management Professional certification • Preferred experience presenting information using PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools • Preferred experience creating and utilizing process flowcharts and gap analysis using VISIO or comparable tools • Preferred experience with process improvement strategies and best practices • Preferred project management experience in a leadership capacity • Preferred knowledge of ACG claims systems, project management tools, and multi-line claims operations • Ability to pass required background and drug screening
