📋 Description

• Develop design concepts, space plans, material palettes, custom furnishings, and high-quality visualizations for hospitality environments. • Produce coordinated design documentation and integrated hospitality solutions. • Collaborate with architects, project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and fabricators. • Apply hospitality planning, programming, accessibility, life-safety requirements, finish specifications, lighting coordination, millwork detailing, and FF&E knowledge. • Serve as a design and technical resource from concept development and presentations through documentation, procurement coordination, construction administration, installation, and project closeout. • Prepare client presentations and develop finish and furniture specifications. • Review submittals and shop drawings, respond to requests for information, conduct site observations, and support punch-list and installation activities. • Lead significant portions of complex hospitality projects. • Guide junior interior designers and support their design development, technical execution, presentation skills, material research, and understanding of firm standards. • Contribute to design and technical standards, quality control, cross-disciplinary coordination, and brand-aligned guest experiences. • Oversee technical aspects of interior projects from preliminary design through coordinated solutions and documentation. • Provide design leadership during project planning and execution. • Independently apply advanced interior design concepts and develop improved methods, tools, and solutions. • Analyze complex design issues and develop actionable recommendations and solutions. • Maintain communication with project stakeholders. • Participate in assigned marketing initiatives promoting the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent). • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field. • Advanced proficiency with design and modeling software, e.g., Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong documentation and presentation capability. • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities. • Experience managing complex or large-scale project components. • NCIDQ certified. • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. • Additional specialty certifications are preferred.
