📋 Description

• Contribute to the overall cross-functional project team • Assist with quality of deliverables, including fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation plans, and contracts • Resolve issues impacting project objectives • Support scope and budget/pricing development for proposals and dynamic project planning • Manage client relationships and business development in support of the strategic business plan • Act as key internal contact for communication and identify plan-versus-actual performance variances • Promote SNHA, A Woolpert Company, and Woolpert as industry leaders in mission-critical practice and services • Work with Market Leads to negotiate project schedule, fee, scope, and contract terms for complex multidisciplinary projects • Identify, address, and resolve project issues affecting client goals, objectives, and satisfaction • Define and communicate client needs and expectations • Ensure continuous stakeholder communications by addressing, resolving, and anticipating project issues

🎯 Requirements

• Active Professional Registration (Licensed Architect or Licensed Engineer) is desired • Minimum of 5 years related Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry experience required • PMP Certification preferred • Experience in mission-critical or data center environments, or projects of equivalent complexity and scale (approximately 400,000 square feet), strongly preferred • Experience with multi-disciplinary projects, including mission-critical projects such as airports, healthcare facilities, large transportation terminals, or semiconductor facilities, ideal • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals • Ability to facilitate technical discussions • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to negotiate, influence, and manage risk • Effective communication in internal and external relationships • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on evaluation and synthesis of project information and data • Ability to travel for local, regional, and national clients and projects • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located
