📋 Description

• Define clear product objectives and technical requirements with business and customer stakeholders. • Engage in the full lifecycle of professional services projects. • Review statements of work and provide feedback on resourcing, schedules, and budgets. • Establish and maintain customer-facing project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban. • Develop, maintain, and distribute implementation plans, project schedules, budget variances, and risk assessments. • Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings, and other Scrum ceremonies. • Manage project budgets and resource utilization. • Coordinate with internal team leaders, phase managers, and external subcontractors to resolve project issues affecting quality or client goals. • Identify opportunities for additional services, including statements of work, change requests, and support agreements. • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality across workstreams. • Deliver complex software and cloud projects, including mobile applications, custom map locators, data analytics, engineering, and AI/ML solutions. • Navigate customer engagements from project kickoff through go-live and ongoing support. • Report to the Engineering Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in a Technical Program or Project Management role, preferably within a professional services or cloud technology environment. • Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, in a fast-paced, often remote environment. • Strong business acumen with proven experience managing large projects and budgets. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical staff and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace. • BS Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience. • Professional Project Management certification or Scrum Master Certification preferred. • Prior experience in a software engineering role or related technical discipline preferred. • Experience leading projects involving AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred. • Ability to read or write code in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python preferred. • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues while evaluating product performance metrics preferred. • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
