📋 Description

• Lead NASCAR customer engagement and hospitality programs, including VIP race weekends, customer events, executive experiences, and hospitality activations • Coordinate cross-functional event operations and logistics, including tickets, credentials, travel, hotels, transportation, race assets, event schedules, promotional materials, and on-site execution • Partner with sales, marketing, and business leaders to maximize customer engagement, align branding and messaging, increase event participation, and support NASCAR-related activations across ABB business units • Manage event administration and reporting, including CRM updates, budgets, procurement, project timelines, post-event reporting, customer communications, inventory management, and process improvements • Support ABB’s national sales teams through customer engagement initiatives tied to NASCAR and corporate events • Represent ABB at key NASCAR-related events and meetings nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar • 4+ years of work experience in professional sports industry required, preferably in NASCAR • Experience in professional events and customer engagement required • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to various ABB, customer and tradeshow events • Candidates must already have work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in United States
