📋 Description

• Lead operational excellence and profitable growth in the electrical service market • Manage area business performance, including health and safety, productivity, quality, and critical financial metrics • Lead field technician service resources across the district • Deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and modernization solutions for ABB customers • Manage district workshops for shop-based repairs and modernization offerings • Drive safe, high-quality, timely execution • Collaborate with ABB regional service groups and functional teams • Lead strategic growth priorities in the district • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to deliver solutions for ABB customers • Ensure customer retention through superior field service customer experiences • Drive continuous improvement and first-time-right implementation • Track field service KPIs and drive corrective actions • Guide continuous improvement culture and implement service-excellence improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Field with 5-8 years’ experience, or no degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of field service operations a must • Demonstrated strong leadership skills • Strong communicator and team-oriented mind set • Strong planning and prioritization skills • Must have a strong reputation for customer focus • Practical experience with SAP, MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other office software • Must be able to read Engineering drawings and specifications • Experience in dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment • Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping and assure compliance with all environmental regulations • Currently authorized to work and live in the US • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of time
