• Implement ABB-EL pricing policies and execute daily pricing operations • Conduct strategic price negotiations with product management and the commercial sales team across Smart Building and Smart Power product portfolios • Evaluate pricing requests across commercial, industrial, and residential market segments • Develop financial models to assess pricing scenarios and optimize volume, product mix, margin, and pricing outcomes • Review and approve regional standard and special pricing agreements • Assess trade area data, market and channel impact, product line strategy, price performance, and profitability metrics • Partner with commercial sales, business development, and product marketing leadership to assess agreement performance and develop strategies to capture business opportunities and increase market share • Monitor channel and end-customer performance metrics, including volume forecasts, say-do analysis, product mix commitments, and profitability tied to pricing agreements • Use business analytics tools to identify and execute pricing performance optimization opportunities and special projects around cleanup and price optimization • Report to the Sales Support Manager
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Electrical Industry and understanding of basic electrical products • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial, analytics, accounting or finance related roles • Proficiency in MS Excel • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to break down complex business problems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US • Comprehensive knowledge of residential electrical products and applications (preferred) • Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Vistaar, Vistex) is a plus • Demonstrated relationship-building, facilitation, and influencing capabilities (preferred) • Strong understanding of cost structures, profit margins, financial analysis, sales practices, sales enablement, channel management, and contract and risk management (preferred)
