📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, corrective service, and telephone support • Provide on-site and remote access support for laboratory and production process testing instruments • Perform service activities within established ISO-certified policies and procedures • Document service activities accordingly • Participate in continuing education and training as needed to meet customers’ needs • Support customers in the Western United States • Travel 65–70% in the territory and occasionally in other areas

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in electrical or equivalent work / military experience is preferred • Minimum of 5 years related field service support for the associate degree pathway • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience qualifies • Alternatively, an HS Diploma and 7+ years’ experience qualifies • Experience with network support, computer repair and OS restoration, and software configuration is preferred • Knowledge of calibration and electronic test equipment is strongly desired • General software knowledge, including Win10, Win11, and MS Office365 • Ability to travel up to 65–70%, domestically and internationally • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3+ years • US work authorization • Ability to acquire a US passport • Solid electro-mechanical technical abilities • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
