📋 Description

• Install, service, and upgrade postage meters and other shipping and mailing hardware at client sites • Troubleshoot and repair equipment • Take ownership of work to minimize repeat calls • Review job aids and train clients on equipment use • Keep clients apprised of progress during maintenance or system downtime • Grow skills to work on copiers and Smart Lockers • Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads, supplies sales, and billable professional services • Travel from home to multiple customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical experience • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical equipment • Client communication skills • Valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Reliable vehicle for daily travel to multiple customer locations • Ability to lift or move 55 lbs with or without accommodation • Willingness to work Monday through Friday with overtime if needed • Complete familiarity within a Windows environment (Preferred) • Basic knowledge of PC and networking (Preferred) • Experience with automated equipment (Preferred)
