📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair TRUMPF CNC machines • Build and develop strong customer relationships • Work closely with customers and machines to ensure equipment operates within expected tolerance • Work with Product Support for technical assistance and provide diagnostic feedback • Use visual clues, computer programs, and diagnostic tools to diagnose machine difficulties • Read and utilize company repair manuals and work orders for repairs • Suggest adjustments or updates to existing technical documentation when needed • Assemble, install, align, clean, replace, and install parts to maintain machinery and equipment • Report technical conditions and machine information to PSG and management • Interface with applications, sales, engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams • Provide onsite customer training for machine operation and/or repair • Submit organized and helpful service reports for each repair mission

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's program or technical school degree in Engineering principles, or a suitable combination of education and work experience • Experience in computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics is helpful • Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver's license and record • Requires 100% nationwide travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekend and international travel
