📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality technical support and service to customers. • Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment. • Follow ABB HSE, ABB Way, Safety Manual, and product warranty policies. • Maintain current knowledge of relevant safety standards and procedures. • Perform startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, design, and repair across power delivery equipment. • Develop technical and industry knowledge. • Improve installation and field service standards. • Adhere to engineering procedures and deliver customer satisfaction. • Complete technical reports, job status updates, material orders, quotations, time and expense reports. • Control costs and maintain company assets. • Travel approximately 70+% as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of engineering / field experience. • Additional formal education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis. • Technical skills in testing power distribution and delivery equipment, including Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Breakers, Switchgear, Relays, and Transformers. • Experience in the repair and refurbishment of LV and MV circuit breakers. • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70+% as required. • Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid driver's license. • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. • Candidates must already have work authorization permitting them to work for ABB in the US.
