📋 Description

• Serve as a design authority for an engineering discipline • Complete assignments on multiple moderate-size projects or portions of major projects cost-effectively • Ensure assignments comply with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards • Own project design and coordinate design deliverables • Act as technical lead with customers to shape and deliver solutions and gather feedback for improvements • Maintain close contact with customers and project participants to resolve issues and identify additional business opportunities • Lead data center solutions involving Ehouse, medium-voltage switchgear, switchboards, transformers, and related electrical equipment • Ensure compliance with Electrical, IEC, NEC, IEEE, and UL standards • Manage customer expectations and engineering change order control • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and testing teams to prepare and execute FAT and IFAT • Review designs and documentation for accuracy, maintain design changes, and identify and mitigate technical risks • Mentor junior engineers and document best practices • Stay current with data center trends, evaluate design methodologies, and contribute to process improvements • Report to the Engineering Team Lead - Data Center

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience and skills • Data Center Infrastructure Knowledge • Ehouse and Modular systems experience • More than 5 years relevant engineering experience in electrical power systems and project engineering • Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, protections, controls, automation, and integration within Power Distribution Centers • Familiarity with transformers, drives, motors, bus duct, cables, and associated equipment • Ability to design and calculate electrical systems for integrated Power Distribution Centers, including cable sizing, conduit fill, voltage drop, breaker sizing, and overall HV–LV distribution • Proficiency in creating, modifying, and reviewing electrical drawings (single-line, three-line, schematics, interconnections, wire lists) • Experience validating vendor/customer designs, protection schemes, and metering • Working knowledge of IEEE/ANSI, NEMA, NETA, API, PIP, NEC/NESC standards and codes • Capable of influencing senior stakeholders and customers • Basic understanding of battery storage, chargers, and UPS systems • Overnight travel up to 30% • Work authorization to work in the US
