📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Executives to achieve sales objectives by creating technical designs for digital health solutions • Support informatics and digital health solution design, including feasibility, technical requirements, clinical requirements, network diagrams, solution connectivity, and workflow analysis • Drive client success initiatives throughout the sales process and ensure proper scope and handoff to the Digital Delivery Team • Manage post-deployment client success • Conduct workflow workshops at client sites and client demonstrations • Serve as an expert consultant in architecture, integration, informatics, and Digital Health offerings • Create frameworks for data analysis, workflow assessments, and customer insights • Create tools such as statements of work, conduct solution demonstrations, perform workflow designs, and standardize delivery • Drive integration of Digital Health Solutions offerings into key customer objectives • Diagnose technical issues and roadblocks across executive and technical decision makers • Share best practices that promote solution functionality, customer satisfaction, and goal achievement • Coordinate sales-to-project-management handoff and project kickoff communications • Translate scoped statements of work and installation expectations for the COE team • Support the Digital Health Solutions Project Management Team with solution design updates • Consult on AlinIQ workflows and solutions to ensure client expectations are met after implementation and delivery • Support training programs educating Abbott representatives about AlinIQ • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Portfolio teams to provide voice-of-customer feedback • Advocate internally for customers and cultivate Abbott relationships • Connect the patient journey from diagnosis through discharge to diagnostics-cycle management and health-system strategy • Serve as the subject matter expert for the AlinIQ Software Solutions portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 4 years’ sales or consulting experience • Laboratory Diagnostics experience is strongly preferred • Understanding of workflow and improvement • Strong understanding of how technology drives value in healthcare • Experience building business on current accounts and creating new profitable accounts • Understanding of IT technology within a hospital environment • Proficiency in client-facing solution demonstrations and presentations • Qualified candidates must be located near a metropolitan city airport • Must have a valid driver’s license • Ability to travel 75% • Knowledge of laboratory workflow and practices, industry trends, changing market regulations, and healthcare policy within the defined customer segment • Expertise in the AlinIQ Software Solutions portfolio
