📋 Description

• Promote, manage, and grow Abbott Nutritional products in hospital settings • Develop and support territory sales goals in major hospital systems for Similac, Neosure, and Human Milk Fortifier HPCL • Negotiate and contract with hospitals, working with hospital supply chains • Deliver product, clinical study, protocol, and guideline information in a selling environment • Support new product launches • Work with NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units • Collaborate with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses • Manage administrative tasks, time, and budgets • Host evening educational opportunities for Healthcare Professionals 1–2 nights per quarter • Travel daily within the territory, with 5–10% overnight travel for regional/national meetings and trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Ideal candidate based out of Charlotte, NC • Strong clinical/medical sales experience in a hospital setting • Experience working with hospital supply chain and healthcare professionals • Ideal candidate is a NICU Registered Dietitian or NICU Registered Nurse • Comprehensive knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines • Understanding of hospital department hierarchies, including NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units • Ability to work effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses • Effective administrative, organization, budget management, and time-management skills • Ability to function independently with initiative, independence, and autonomy • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs for stocking and moving pediatric products • Local candidates only; position does not offer relocation • Ability to travel daily, with 5–10% overnight travel for regional/national meetings and trainings
