📋 Description

• Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for complex field inquiries involving electrophysiology products • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers • Identify and report customer needs, product performance, and sales opportunities to sales representatives, directors, and management • Provide complex field inquiry support and regional EP procedural case coverage • Develop, lead, and facilitate EP product trainings and programs for healthcare professionals • Provide market insight and feedback on next-generation products to management • Back up EP Sales Representatives with sales support, regional training, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new-product in-service training • Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists • Assist Training and Education with advanced seminars and educational materials • Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations • Monitor developments, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, markets, objectives, and industry trends • Resolve or facilitate resolution of problems and identify causes to prevent recurrence • Perform related assigned functions and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 1 year in previous position • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external) • Prior industry/competitive experience if external • Solely dedicated to electrophysiology support • IBHRE EP certification • Considered a top performer among peers • Ability to perform complex electrophysiology cases solo • Ability to mentor and train EP CS and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases • Ability to conduct complex customer education events solo to sell the value proposition of the full EP portfolio • Performance in the top half of cases completed across the clinical group at promotion in the defined region/area • Verification of satisfaction of all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination • Ability to travel 50% of the time
