📋 Description

• Lead and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers • Educate healthcare providers on AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support Programs, patient access, and reimbursement inquiries • Manage, coach, and support the FRM team in delivering compliant access and reimbursement services • Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance, ensure use of AbbVie-approved tools, and provide targeted coaching • Collaborate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and Access & Reimbursement Hub teams • Integrate patient access programs into local and regional strategies • Identify and address training opportunities • Monitor healthcare policy changes and communicate relevant insights to the FRM team • Track call activity and operational capacity using analytics tools • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with AbbVie standards and procedures • Drive professional development, career progression, and performance oversight for direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access for immunology products • 2 years of experience in a leadership role (3+ years preferred) • Proven team and talent development success • Expertise in coaching, territory management, and strategic account management • Experience with process mastery, customer engagement, strategic thinking, collaboration, and market dynamics • Ability to coach, train, and communicate complex reimbursement policies • Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement • Knowledge of specialty drug acquisition and distribution • Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • Ability to travel up to 75% • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
