📋 Description

• Establish and lead the enterprise PMO framework, governance structure, methodologies, tools, and reporting processes • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and project roadmaps • Develop and maintain centralized visibility into major enterprise initiatives and transformation efforts • Establish project intake and prioritization methodologies based on strategic alignment, business value, organizational capacity, and risk • Identify dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks across the enterprise portfolio and facilitate resolution • Directly lead or provide oversight for complex, high-priority enterprise programs • Monitor initiative performance and intervene when projects are at risk of missing strategic, operational, financial, or implementation objectives • Facilitate portfolio and governance discussions with executive and senior leadership • Provide clear reporting and recommendations regarding initiative health, risks, priorities, and required decisions • Partner with change management and functional leaders to support effective implementation and organizational adoption • Build consistent project and program management capability across the organization • Work with executive and senior leadership, Medical Group leaders, technology teams, functional leaders, vendors, and consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in project, program, portfolio management, business transformation, or enterprise operations • 3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, enterprise initiatives, or portfolio management activities • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic prioritization and execution • Advanced project, program, and portfolio management skills • Strong understanding of enterprise governance, prioritization, and resource planning • Ability to create structure and operating discipline in evolving or ambiguous environments • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills • Ability to objectively assess project health, risk, and organizational capacity • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority • Healthcare experience strongly preferred • Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred • PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable preferred
