📋 Description

• Manage and strategically execute clinical training for Allergan Aesthetics devices, including body contouring, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica • Deliver clinical training and messaging in hands-on and virtual settings for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica providers • Partner with AMI, marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop training paths and drive business initiatives • Align operational goals with strategic direction and optimize resource allocation for high-priority customers • Develop and implement effective field training within the assigned territory • Support AMI Faculty engagements, In-Clinic and In-Field programs, Large Group Programs, and new-hire clinical onboarding • Manage and execute Strategic/National Account trainings • Advocate for AMI Body Contouring programs, initiatives, and resources in the field • Measure training performance and impact using KPIs, Moxie, Madi, and ThoughtSpot dashboards • Manage travel and expenses within guidelines and budget • Create and update field training content and resources with the Clinical Education team • Analyze data and make recommendations to optimize field clinical training • Foster continuous improvement across the organization • Monitor progress and report to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience as defined below • 3-5 years of sales, medical device training, and/or clinical experience preferred • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading process improvement • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to present didactic and hands-on content in small groups • Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes as applied to Allergan Aesthetics products • Classroom training experience on procedure training, consultation, B2B, and selling skills desired • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment • Strong clinical-service and sales relationship perspective • Analytical decision-making and data interpretation skills • Collaboration with cross-functional teams • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI • Expertise covering and effectively routing US geography • Ethics and integrity • Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily domestically; evenings, overnight, and weekends often required • Compliance with FDA QSR, ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other applicable international regulatory requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to read, understand, and follow company procedures • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report findings • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally • Daily keyboard data entry
