• Maximize business opportunities for approved Parkinson's Franchise products • Report to the Regional Sales Director, Parkinson's • Lead 6–8 Account Executives as direct reports • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, Advanced Practice Providers, healthcare professionals, nurses, executives, department managers, and support staff • Increase education on product benefits/risks and awareness of therapeutic gaps in accordance with approved labels • Develop new business, expand current business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales to achieve the assigned product portfolio sales plan • Collaborate compliantly with internal stakeholders to ensure district success • Implement franchise goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics • Support the evolution of franchise culture and collaborative business execution • Hire, coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct team members • Hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations • Perform total account management with Account Executive team members • Create, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts • Monitor and report sales progress • Communicate routinely with internal and external stakeholders • Leverage available resources and tools to support selling strategies • Represent AbbVie with healthcare professionals and patient organizations in the Parkinson's and Neuroscience space • Attend neurology society meetings, conferences, patient programs, support groups, and advocacy events, including some evenings or weekends • Channel key information and findings to internal partners/stakeholders • Remain current on Parkinson's Disease clinical, market, and payer developments • Complete required AbbVie training and follow company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business • Ability to examine the business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities • Satisfy applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for facility and organization access • Good standing and/or eligibility to obtain required HCIR credentials • Ability to pass background checks, drug screens, fingerprinting, and provide proof of immunization/vaccination as applicable • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements • Ability to drive a personal auto or company car/truck or powered material-handling equipment
