📋 Description

• Review attorney hearing reports for accuracy and completeness • Identify and resolve discrepancies before publication • Handle attorney performance issues including Failure to Appears, complaints, and sanctions • Handle difficult or complicated attorney tickets, issues, or complaints with documentation and resolution • Follow up with clients when issues affect them • Investigate inquiries regarding hearing report results, attorney performance, and attorney history • Manage performance widgets to ensure timely resolution of compliance tasks • Process and manage FTAs and filtered attorneys; identify training needs and remediation using trends and information • Monitor the Learning Management System for attorneys • Assist with attorney services via calls, chats, tickets, and emails • Identify and suggest system and process improvements • Attend weekly team meetings and provide attorney platform training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Solid computer skills • Preferred: AI Experience • Preferred: Legal Experience
