📋 Description

• Procure hardware and/or software licenses for internal customers by working with external vendors and using existing toolsets • Enter asset and software license data into a predefined system while ensuring data accuracy and process compliance • Track received data and source documents • Resolve questions, inconsistencies, and missing data with source-document preparers • Perform data analysis and research supporting hardware/software licensing, acquisition, inventory management, and process improvement • Execute software classification procedures for newly installed client software • Manage software license reporting, including new classification and ongoing review/reclassification of existing applications • Support budget, hardware inventory, and software license inventory information and reporting • Maintain hardware and software license information in the tracking system for inventory, renewals, and acquisition • Assist with reporting development and process improvements for management information access • Communicate with end-users, management, team members, peers, and suppliers • Respond to requests for hardware and software license information • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process in assigned areas

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus • Ability and drive to work within a team environment • Personal motivation to excel within the role • IS/IT asset management experience • Software acquisition skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Access • Conceptual knowledge of Information Services/Technology • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus • Problem-solving and collaborative team participation • Ability to introduce ideas and processes that improve team performance and productivity
