📋 Description

• Define and evolve the Accelerant Data Platform by gathering stakeholder requirements. • Identify opportunities to deliver value through data-driven solutions enabling Risk Exchange efficiency. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Develop and own roadmap for data ingestion and consumption with Outcome and Key Results (OKRs). • Communicate strategy and platform outcomes to various levels within the company.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager delivering commercial products. • Background in data-rich product domains and how ML & AI can maximize data value. • Experience with AI-native productivity and creation tools (e.g. Replit). • Comfort in interpreting and understanding business requirements while collaborating with technical teams. • Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance market, particularly with insurer/carrier data delivery. • Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
