📋 Description

• Develop, write, and build email and SMS marketing campaigns and workflows • Align campaigns with brand guidelines, user lifecycle touchpoints, and marketing goals • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager, designers, and other team members • Integrate campaign execution with marketing strategies and customer journey mapping • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders • Ensure email designs meet brief requirements and objectives • Monitor campaign and workflow performance for quality and effectiveness • Make optimization recommendations as necessary • Ensure campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR where applicable • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience preferred; exemplary performance may supersede the experience requirement • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience • Experience with email service provider Klaviyo • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MailChimp • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Writing skills are required • Excellent problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and time management skills • Accountability for ensuring brand and design standards are met on every project • Keeps updated with the latest trends in email marketing • Must be located in the USA • Must be able to work without employer-sponsored employment visa sponsorship • Knowledge of cross-inbox and cross-device compatibility • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS best practices for email templates • Basic understanding of A/B testing practices • Understanding of email authentication protocols • Good grasp of web analytics and experience with Google Analytics
