📋 Description

• Provide customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to CPAP patients about therapy usage • Conduct proactive and reactive patient outreach during the first full year of CPAP therapy • Place and take inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage patients • Troubleshoot equipment issues • Use manufacturer software to review patient usage information and make calls data-driven • Use knowledge of OSA to explain the potential effectiveness of therapy • Assist patients with downloading and using manufacturer mobile app solutions • Verify patient demographics, physician and notification preferences • Accurately document patient accounts, comments, discussions, and concerns • Identify opportunities that enhance business growth • Perform other required duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred • Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) • Moderate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Moderate mathematical proficiency, including understanding, interpreting, and developing spreadsheet data • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs. • Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines • Ability to work with PAP and mask equipment and assist with typical troubleshooting questions
