📋 Description

• Partner with internal teams and external members to optimize, personalize, and enhance operational workflows across OCHIN member organizations • Evaluate healthcare clinic workflows and provide strategic input to member leadership • Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders on workflow assessment, optimization opportunities, strategic decision-making, and member engagement • Deliver interactive training through personalization labs, what-to-do sessions, at-the-elbow support, and cohort-based learning during and after Epic go-lives • Provide workflow coaching, optimization guidance, and best-practice recommendations • Guide members and internal stakeholders through operational transformations and change-management strategies • Design, develop, and enhance learning programs, training content, lesson plans, and training aids • Collect and analyze feedback and learning data to improve learning activities, workflow adoption, and training effectiveness • Collaborate with HCCN, Clinical Informatics, Research, and other departments on special projects, grant initiatives, and workflow improvements • Configure Epic system components and document system changes and enhancements • Mentor and coach peers and new team members • Travel to support Go-Live installations or training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role required • 10 years of applicable experience desired • Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire • Minimum of 3 years of Epic ClinDoc training required • Experience supporting Epic users preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to be on camera for all virtual meetings • Ability to travel nationally, up to 20% based on business requirements • Must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview
